Yes, they are brand new and ready for delivery to your home. 2.  Are they a kit?  Do I have to assemble it?      A.  No our harps are not kits and they do not require assembly.  They will be delivered to your home ready for you to play and enjoy. 3.  How can you sell your harps so low?      A.  We are in partnership with the manufacturer, therefore we are able to offer our harps brand new and at a lower price. 4.  How long will it take for my harp to arrive?      A.  Our harps are shipped from our Florida warehouse. Our harps usually ship the same or next day, except weekends and will arrive at your home in 2-14 days depending on your location. 5.  Where are you located?      A.  We have an office in California and the showroom and warehouse are located in Florida.   Testimonials: Fast shipment, well packaged.
